Luxurious Leela Ambience Hotel, Dining at the Spectacular Spectra, Gurugram (Gurgaon) India


Gurgaon, India, has many special places, one of our favourite places is not only near a Shopping Paradise - Ambience Mall but is home to the "Spectra", an international restaurant with amazing service and a place to enjoy a meal in luxury - the Leela Ambience Hotel is truly a delight!





 

Our son, Krish felt like a King being pampered by Chef Anand and Chef Mohit with their 24-hour personal service via Whats App the Chefs ensured Krish was served his breakfast, lunch and dinner on time and specially prepared as requested.

The exquisite fine dining for Krish at the Spectra included: specially prepared ham and pineapple pizza, potato and leek soup, pumpkin soup, chicken fingers, spaghetti bolognaise, vegetable fajitas, potato wedges, mango, avocado, olives green salad with a zesty salad dressing. The desserts included chocolate mousse, cheese and fruit platter and a coffee panna cotta.



The Chefs prepared a variety of dishes ensuring Krish always had a soup, starter, main dish and dessert especially when we were entertaining guests for dinner.

The best dish was the delicately prepared spinach and mushroom gnocchi with a béchamel
sauce.

The only downfalls of Krish's dining experience was his breakfast - hash browns and kiwi fruit when it arrived on his breakfast fruit platter (although mentioned on his food allergy list provided to the Chef) and caused a mild allergic reaction.

In the midst of all the Indian summer heat, traffic congestion and noise pollution, the Leela Ambience Hotel is an Oasis of tranquility and luxury, not only do you get the most scrumptious meals but the comfort of the rooms and plush bedding gave us all some well deserved rest!

Of course we ensured we squeezed in a massage into our busy schedule... at the Spa of the Leela Ambience.....Krish enjoyed a relaxing, rejuvenating foot massage which was a special treat for the soul!

Staycation at the Fantabulous Fairmont Hotel, Singapore

 Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we have not enjoyed a family holiday for two years ! Since we were all back home, we decided to try a Staycation in Singapore during the Christmas season. Luxurious Leela Ambience Hotel, Dining at the Zanotta with Zest, Gurugram (Gurgaon) India

Dining at the Leela Ambience Hotel's famous Italian restaurant "Zanotta", in my son's exact words: "Was Like Being Transported to Another Dimension!" Italian Master Chef Leidy Liz Levitan Hernandez’s bubbly personality blended with the luxurious  menu can only enrich your tastebuds and feed the soul.
