Charming Chiang Mai


An incredible trip to the cool picturesque mountains of Chiang Mai was an exciting adventure for us all.

Visiting the beautiful Buddha temples was a wonderful experience; being blessed by the monks and enjoying the serenity of the intricately designed temples was a vision of divine beauty.


The Wat Phra That Temple Doi Suthep is one of the most amazing temples, praying to Buddha and listening to the mantras gives you a true sense of peace.

Indulging in the sights, sounds and wonderful tastes of Chiang Mai was a treat, however, having a child with food allergies is always a concern whilst travelling.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn and the Chef was an absolute delight. He attended to all of my son's needs, bringing appetizers, breakfast, lunch and dinner specially catered for him, allergen free and all enjoyed with gusto. My son was flabbergasted with the extravagant menu catered for him all arriving on time at the Executive Club at no extra cost!!. Whether it was freshly made spring rolls or a creamy chicken-mushroom pasta everything was made with TLC -Tender Loving Care...Thanks to the wonderful F&B team!















A highly recommended hotel for children with food allergies and an awesome holiday destination.


Don't forget to go zip lining with the Gibbons....a 2hr course flying across the treetops of the Thailand rainforest...a truly unforgettable experience of a lifetime!

Staycation at the Fantabulous Fairmont Hotel, Singapore

 Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we have not enjoyed a family holiday for two years ! Since we were all back home, we decided to try a Staycation in Singapore during the Christmas season. Luxurious Leela Ambience Hotel, Dining at the Zanotta with Zest, Gurugram (Gurgaon) India

Dining at the Leela Ambience Hotel's famous Italian restaurant "Zanotta", in my son's exact words: "Was Like Being Transported to Another Dimension!" Italian Master Chef Leidy Liz Levitan Hernandez’s bubbly personality blended with the luxurious  menu can only enrich your tastebuds and feed the soul. Chef Leidy started Krish's dining experience with a mango and avocado green salad with a  pumpkin soup then a ravioli for the main course and made a delicious chocolate and mango sorbet for dessert.
